You’ve heard the adage; if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it’s a duck. Well, I have to say that this raw vegan sushi swims like a tuna fish, eats seaweed like a tuna fish and most importantly tastes like a tuna fish.
Rolling sushi is a cinch. You will be a pro by the 3rd or 4th one you do, and it is great fun to eat the raw vegan sushi rolls that don’t work out. It all tastes delicious regardless if it makes it in the roll or not. Remember to have fun and kids love this type of recipe because it involves their hands in a way that creates art. Let’s face it the more you can get your kids participating in the kitchen the more likely they are to eat what is made.
This recipe has been generously shared with us here at joyously vegan by Chef Doris, so I hope you join me and give it a try. Thank you, Doris Fin.
